Description
LNA1006 is a broadband PHEMT GaAs MMIC based positive gain slope low noise amplifier, operating in the 1 GHz to 6 GHz frequency range.
The amplifier offers 1.5 dB typical Noise Figure, 12 dBm of P1dB and 34 dB small signal gain, with the gain flatness of ±0.5 dB performance. This amplifier requires only a single positive DC supply, is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -55 °C to +85 °C, and characterized by a light weight (20 g) and small size (0.89”x0.85”x0.28”).
